I was so excited about finally getting my own 88 palette. I got it and opened the package containing what was SUPPOSED to be the regular Coastal Scents 88 Color Palette. The package slip said it was, but I opened my palette to see the colors and the bottom of the opening that clasped, broke. I opened it and discovered that it was the Warm color palette. I was highly disappointed and now I may not get a refund because of the broken clasp. I will stop ordering stuff from Amazon because of their mistakes

I ordered this product on June 11th, it said it takes a week to get and it is July 7th, i have not got it yet and just received an email saying: “We’ll notify you via e-mail when we have an estimated delivery date for this item.” Not worth the wait, if i knew it was going to take this long i would have never bought it.

i ordered this palette along with 28 neutral palette as i like neutral palette a lot but i wanted various colors too… and in this price nobody can beat coastal scents 88 palette… initially i was confused wat to order matt or shimmer… then i again read its reviews at many places and then ppl said u can shimmer to it anytime buy matte first and then i ordered it… m a quite neutral look luvr so i really liked the neutral palette but if u want colors in ur makeup box then this is a must hav… its quite pigmented … if u know how to experiment wtih the colors.. this is the one worth trying… i heard a lot abt 120 palette but i wd say if u r buying somehting in makeup try this one.. u will surely like it,.. but if u dont like rainbow colors and want neutral look then try 28 else u can try this too as an option ..so that u can play with colors…

I ordered this thinking I was going to get the pretty colorful pallet as in the pictures instead I was given the warm pallet which is a waste of my time and money as I don’t even use warm colors. I’d recommend buying this pallet from someone who actually sends you the correct pallet.
